Reolink is seeking an Office Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and procurement activities for their new Finance Shared Services Centre in Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and 2-3 years of experience in office administration or procurement, with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
