Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Milford, Michigan three times per week, at minimum.

We are seeking a highly collaborative Lead Full‑Stack Developer to guide a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and maintaining the production interface for our automated system‑parameter optimization framework. This role requires deep full‑stack expertise, strong architectural judgment, effective team leadership, and cross‑organizational collaboration. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for a broad user community, providing administration, onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution. In this role, you will help sustain adoption and operational continuity while partnering with users, leadership, and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, resolve issues, and deliver impactful enhancements.
