The position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with UAE/GCC and consultancy background. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive pre-contract experience across major construction and infrastructure projects, with strong competency in cost planning and the ability to lead estimating, procurement, and tendering activities from concept through to contract award. You will be responsible for producing cost plans and submitting cost reports at each design stage, ensuring clients have accurate, up-to-date commercial information to support decision-making throughout design development.
