AIA Digital+ is seeking a Manager responsible for managing IT projects across various departments. The role involves building strong relationships with business units, driving account growth, identifying new opportunities, and managing account performance globally. Key responsibilities include coordinating proposals, managing risks, analyzing data, and ensuring P&L and financial forecasting alignment with company goals. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

About the Role
Responsible for managing IT projects which cut across different IT departmentsRoles and Responsibilities:
· Establish good and trustful relationships with different entities of AIA that successfully achieve business objectives and manage the relationship with business units.
· Drive account re
· venue growth within the client / account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence.
· Identify new growth opportunities within portfolio accounts, drive activities by working with other teams to assess opportunities, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with different entities of AIA and help to close new deals.
· Manage the accounts across countries and delivery team performance.
· Drive and coordinate preparation of proposals, statements of work and contracts.
· Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
· Manage account performance and forecast reporting.
· Collecting and analyzing data and responsible for P&L, financial forecasting, weekly/bi-weekly status reviews.
· Align with TSS SBU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets.
· Support / cooperation for General Manager / Function Heads / SBU Heads in estimation, documentation, approvals, delivery etc.
