The EA will manage extensive calendars for SVPs, assist with presentations, schedule meetings, book travel, and liaise with global teams. Requires 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership, intermediate to advanced GSuite skills, and excellent communication. Familiarity with AI for efficiency is a plus. Experience in international environments and cross-cultural communication is essential.

Condé Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Audience Experience, Data and Revenue Product and Engineer Leaders in the US This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion, and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential.
Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do
attitude, willingness to learn, and calm/level-headed manner.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
