DOF is seeking a Global Insurance Director to lead and evolve its insurance strategy. This role involves taking ownership of a complex, global insurance portfolio, managing placements, ongoing management, and claims handling for worldwide insurance programs. The director will oversee claims strategy, manage relationships with brokers and insurers, and strengthen governance and best practices across the insurance function. The position is based in Bergen or Storebø, Norway.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance and Claims professional to lead our Global Insurance team. Here you will take ownership of a complex, global insurance portfolio, being responsible for the placement, ongoing management, and claims handling for the overall global insurance programs in the DOF Group.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Group’s global insurance programmes and claims handling, working across jurisdictions and complex risk profiles. This is an opportunity to play a key part in supporting global offshore operations while developing your career in a growing, international organisation.
