Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Temporary Quality Engineer for its Ensenada, Mexico location. This role is responsible for ensuring parts and products meet customer expectations and for quickly addressing non-conformances. Key duties include collaborating with engineering and quality teams, participating in PFMEA, performing statistical analysis, implementing quality management systems, analyzing quality metrics, conducting training, coordinating auditors, leading corrective actions, and handling customer complaints. The position requires a BS degree, 1-3 years of experience as a quality engineer in the maquiladora industry, proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, control plans, SPC, PDCA, 8D's, 5S's, Minitab, Microsoft Office, and SAP, and 90% bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
