The Impact You'll Make

As our Project Leader, you’ll play a key role in R&D-to-production transfer projects, leading global call rate quality improvements and cross-functional resolution of Market critical quality issues. You'll conduct field failure data analysis, quality reports and track improvement results, report KPIs to management, align cross-functional teams to reduce lossess and lead OEM Projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of R&D full-lifecycle project management for all products transferred from the R&D department, ensure smooth handover
• Global Call Rate Quality Improvement Leadership
• Closed-Loop Quality Improvement Execution & Tracking
• Customer Critical Failure Handling and Cross-Functional team Coordination
• Global Market & Customer Technical Support
• Customized Product Requirement Delivery via PAF Process
• Global Key OEM Line Reject Failure Tracking & Rectification
• Product Cases Owner & Tech support for internal Cross-Department

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Project management relative is required, with more than 2 years of product design work experience or Project management background is required (PMP is prefer).
• Well known about the assembly and test process for electronics products.
• Position requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively participate, facilitate and lead group meetings.
• English can be used as working language.
