This role partners closely with BGS Software Leadership, BGS Engineering Skill Leadership, BGS Workforce Strategy, and Enterprise Software Skill Leadership teams to help develop, implement, and manage processes that support software engineering talent growth, staffing alignment, and investment planning.
The dedicated professional will play a central role in coordinating and advancing critical software engineering operations within a leading aerospace services organization. The Senior Software Engineering Operations Coordinator will serve as a vital link between software leadership, skill development teams, and workforce strategy partners, driving processes that enable talent growth, staffing alignment, and strategic investment planning.
This position offers the chance to influence the development of organizational skill inventories, oversee technical recognition and workforce review cycles, and support early career initiatives, ensuring a robust and agile software engineering workforce.
