The analyst will act as the first line of operational defense, proactively improving processes and reducing alert noise. Responsibilities include monitoring using tools like New Relic and Datadog, triaging alerts, managing high-priority incidents, executing runbooks, and maintaining incident records. The position requires 6+ years of experience in NOC/Infrastructure Monitoring/Cloud Operations/SOC and a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
