Anyscale is seeking a People Operations Manager to build and manage the operational foundation of their People function. This role involves owning HR systems, processes, and data for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate will act as the go-to person for scaling HR operations in a high-growth startup environment, ensuring smooth payroll, benefits, and compliance while supporting employees and driving HR programs.

We're looking for an People Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our People function. You'll own the systems, processes, and data that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly, from onboarding through offboarding, and act as the go-to person for scaling HR operations as the company grows.
We believe in transparent pay practices. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,223 annually. Final salary depends on experience, relevant skills, qualifications, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible employees receive equity awards and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, well-being, and financial future.
