Elia is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their Compensation & Benefits team in Brussels, Belgium. This role involves managing all aspects of personnel administration for active and inactive employees, ensuring compliance with social and fiscal legislation. Responsibilities include processing social documents, calculating holiday pay, managing employee data, updating contracts, and preparing monthly payroll. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, at least 10 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of social legislation, excellent Excel skills, and fluency in either Dutch or French, with proficiency in the other being a plus. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
