We’re looking for a proactive, motivated professional ready to take ownership of complex engineering initiatives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. In this role, you will serve as a Project Engineering Lead for Environment and Aircraft Control Systems (EACS), guiding cross‑functional teams from strategy through execution.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with our Program Management Team (PMT) and key engineering functions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and monitoring schedules, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring tasks stay within scope and budget. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive working independently, enjoy organizing diverse teams, and excel at improving collaboration and efficiency. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
