Enova International is seeking a remote Collections Representative to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls for customers with overdue accounts. Responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, resolving customer concerns with empathy, and accurately recording interaction details. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in debt collections, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and excellent self-management for remote work. The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 plus potential bonus and benefits.

The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $18.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
This role is fully remote but requires candidates to live in IL, IN, IA, MO, TX, UT, WI, or WY.
