Technical Solution Manager

Job Description:

Context:

Airbus Defence and Space Morocco is looking for a Technical Solution Manager
(M/F) (Telecommunications Solution Architect), to join our System Design & Engineering team in Rabat, Morocco.

As a Technical Solution Manager you are responsible for the adequacy and
compliance of the proposed Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) solution in TETRA ETSI standard with customer functional and operational requirements. You will have to provide technical solution description in bid and in project phases. 

Functions:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· Collection and analysis of customer functional and operational requirements,
· Definition of the technical solution: specification, architecture, dimensioning,
with adequate resiliency, performance and security levels and optimized
costs, 
· Write-up of the Technical Solution Description documents: HLD (High-Level
design) and LLD (Low-level design)
· Configuration of the network elements: parameters delivery for roll-out,
· Bid/Project Technical follow-up: technical reviews with customers,
commitment requests, technical changes,
· Suppliers’ technical follow-up: technical specification and qualification plan,
· Scope of supply definition for the end-to-end solution,
· End-to end integration strategy
· Test plan definition and System Acceptance of the solution
· Operational planning with Customer.

Our expectations for you:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication or similar and at least
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Telecommunications domain
· Skills in telecommunications network architecture in TETRA standard.
· Organisational skills and activity follow-up
· Capacity to communicate with different stakeholders, internally and externally
· Willingness to work in an international environment, volunteer, proactive and
dynamic
· Fluent spoken and written French and English skills are required.
· To succeed in this kind of role you need to have collaborative and proactive
way of working and customer service attitude.

This position requires a security clearance, or to be eligible to such clearance by
relevant authorities.
