Barbaricum is seeking an Operations Research Analyst Technical Advisor to provide systems engineering, technical assistance, program management, and acquisition support for Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The role involves delivering technical expertise across the program lifecycle, supporting system design, requirements development, project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. This position requires a collaborative professional to work with government, military, industry, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex defense programs. Senior and Journeyman levels are available.

The successful candidate will deliver technical expertise across the program lifecycle, supporting system design, requirements development, project execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and mission-critical initiatives. This position requires a collaborative professional capable of working with Government, military, industry, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that support complex defense programs.
