Airbnb is seeking a Senior Regulatory Operations Lead to guide global regulatory strategy and initiatives. This role involves anticipating regulatory trends, translating mandates into scalable product solutions, and advising senior leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory products, oversee programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in product management or operations within regulated industries, a proven track record in global regulatory programs, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

In this role, you will anticipate regulatory trends, translate ambiguous mandates into scalable product solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—ultimately strengthening Airbnb’s reputation and resilience in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
