Zip is seeking a visionary Project Management Lead to establish and scale its Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves defining governance, methodologies, and delivery frameworks for enterprise deployments. The Lead will manage, mentor, and grow a team of project managers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to optimize delivery and accelerate client value. Responsibilities include building PMO infrastructure, hands-on project execution for high-priority implementations, portfolio governance, tracking operational metrics, and managing executive escalations.

We are seeking a visionary and operationally strong Project Management Lead to establish, scale, and mature our Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the governance models, standard methodologies, and delivery frameworks that power Zip's enterprise deployments. Beyond establishing the infrastructure, you will lead, mentor, and coach a growing team of high-performing project managers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to optimize our delivery lifecycle and accelerate time-to-value for strategic global clients.
The OTE compensation range for this role is $120,000 - 170,000 OTE. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include leveling, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
