BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for their Transition Team in Burlington County, NJ. This role focuses on providing complex care to infants and children at home, requiring pediatric trach and vent experience. The LPN will deliver quality care and train the ongoing care team. The position offers competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and continuous training. Experience in NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent is required.

We have immediate opportunities on our Transition Team for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.
