A1 is seeking a proactive and execution-focused Associate, Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career looking to learn technical recruiting. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and maintaining ATS data. You will also contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting.
Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.

You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.
