Job Title: Assistant Vice President

Overview

DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in New York, NY to maintain and monitor a platform that facilitates post trade processing of bond securities to support the US Rates & Credit Trading desk activities and operational users. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience creating and managing Kubernetes manifests for application deployment in cloud architectures; building microservices architectures with Spring Cloud components including Config Server, Service Discovery, Resilience 4J, API Gateway, and distributed logging; performing SQL operations including DDL and DML using Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL Database for managing physical database structures; utilizing Rest Web Services and Caching/Messaging Services including Active MQ and Rabbit MQ for reliable message queuing, Apache Kafka for distributed message streaming, and Apache Camel for intelligent message routing and integration across services; performing software development using Java and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Java Web Tokens, Spring ORM, and Object Relational Mapping including JPA and Hibernate; performing caching and performance optimization using spring cloud technologies to enhance scalability, reduce latency, and improve microservices architectures; building proof of concepts (POCs) to support new enhancements and software design features; and in executing duties, utilizing Java, Maven, Gradle, Spring Modules including Spring JDBC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Ehcache, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Junit, Mockito, Swagger/Open API, JMS, Oracle DB, SQL, HSQL, React JS, Team City, Cron Jobs, Kubernetes, Docker, BitBucket, Argo CD, YAML, Google Secret Manager, and Splunk.
