Vizcom is seeking a Product Support Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, customer success, and engineering. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing code fixes, and developing internal tooling. You will also act as a liaison to engineering, manage incidents, and advocate for users by analyzing issues and influencing the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience, strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, web application debugging experience, and proficiency with support/engineering tools.

The Role:
In the role of Product Support Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our customers, our customer success team, and our engineering organization. You will work directly with users to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while developing a deep structural understanding of Vizcom’s product and infrastructure.
This isn't a passive ticketing role. You will combine sharp software engineering skills with empathetic communication to investigate root causes and, where possible, implement solutions directly in the codebase. For deeper architectural changes, you will partner closely with core Engineering to ensure swift resolution.

We benchmark using industry-standard data sets (Carta, Pave). For this role, base salary and equity will be determined based on your level and location.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
