Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver solutions for customers, providing consultation on software usage, process recommendations, and solution proposals. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their workflows, and helping them create more efficient practices using product expertise and industry best practices. Responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, strategizing with customers, designing adoption plans, leading training, and breaking down complex technical concepts. The consultant will also act as a technical expert, collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, and work with product development to guide the product roadmap. A key aspect involves leveraging AI tools in the delivery workflow and identifying AI/integration opportunities.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Juniper Square, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering solutions to our customers during implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role will be to provide consultation and guidance to customers and internal teams on software usage, process recommendations, and solution proposals.
You'll engage with customers hands-on, partnering with teams across their organization to understand their current ways of working and helping them create more efficient practices. You'll use your product expertise and industry best practices to help customers provide an excellent experience to their investors and transform how they operate.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, annual bonus plan, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
