This position is for an Experienced Manager, Supply Chain Management, overseeing supplier performance for a Tier 1 supplier within the Interiors business. The function of this position is to direct and manage the activities between Collins Aerospace and the major Tier 1 supplier during the life cycle of a product/program. The primary focus of this position is to obtain optimum product/services in terms of delivery, cost and quality.
There is a strong preference for this role be onsite in Uniontown, OH or Phoenix, AZ. But a hybrid model (typically 2-4 days) in the office or a fully remote option may be considered for the ideal candidate.
What You Will Do:
- Manages the overall relationship with strategic Tier 1 account across multiple business units.
- Ensures supplier is performing to delivery, quality, and cost requirements.
- Identifies and implement operational solutions that achieve business objectives and remove barriers to delivery.
- Improves supplier performance.
- Leads root cause investigations and corrective actions to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Partners with internal clients/stakeholders to improve and implement supply chain strategies driving predictable performance and risk mitigation.
- Manages projects to support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Makes supplier visits as required to conduct program reviews and audits to ensure supplier is managing the program to meet program requirements and schedules.
- Tracks portfolio obsolescence status and works with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify alternate sources.
- Travels approximately 25%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
