As part of the Business Development team, you'll identify and onboard new bus operator partners, manage strategic commercial relationships, negotiate agreements, and help grow our network across North and West India. About the role
- Identify, engage and onboard new bus operator partners across North and West India.
- Build long-term commercial relationships with partner operators.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, commercial terms and contract negotiations.
- Drive network expansion by identifying new supply opportunities.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance and Network Planning teams to successfully launch new partners.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, utilization and service quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts and partner documentation.
- Analyse business performance and prepare commercial reports and presentations.
About you
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Vendor Management or Key Account Management.
- The role is ideal if you have worked in - Logistics, Mobility, TravelTech, OTA, SaaS Partnerships,Marketplace businesses,Fleet Management,Commercial Operations,Supply Acquisition,Last-mile delivery,Freight,Trucking,Bus operators etc.
- Experience managing external partners or enterprise customers.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling across North and West India to meet partners.
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyse business performance.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
