The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support to the VP, Digital Wealth and senior leaders within the Group Retirement Services (GRS) organization. This fast-paced role requires superior organization, time management, and judgment to handle multiple demands, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling expenses and invoices, and supporting internal events. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and digitally savvy, with experience in executive administrative support and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.

Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality administrative support primarily to the VP, Digital Wealth (CSC team) in Group Retirement Services (GRS) and senior leaders within the CSC organization. The successful candidate will be a self-confident, pro-active, digital savvy, innovative thinker with superior organization and time management skills, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities. The role is fast paced with multiple demands, coordination of multiple stakeholders and priorities, and requires a demonstrated regard for confidentiality and a high level of judgment.
