In this role, you will lead the team responsible for Strategy and Operations (S&O) with executive leadership for gTech Users and Product's Technical Solutions and Insights team (gUP TSI). Your team specifically will run S&O support for the gTech AI Must Win and gUP's NextGen technology portfolio. You will have an opportunity to shape how gUP launches support solutions, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, and develop scalable processes with the user at the center. We stay focused on driving the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations through organizational design, long-term planning, and management support.
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
