Dow Jones is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary assignment to join their Talent Acquisition Team in New York. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on supporting the recruitment process. Responsibilities include tracking referrals, processing payments, generating offer letters and contracts, initiating background checks, and managing new hire onboarding. The role also involves scheduling interviews, providing recruitment reports, maintaining data integrity in Workday, updating documentation, onboarding vendors, processing invoices, and managing the TA ticketing system to meet SLAs. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of recruitment or administrative support experience, including proficiency with Workday and other recruiting tools like Canva, Sterling, and Google Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
