About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Partner Account Manager to join our Partner Account Management team, supporting one of our most strategic global partners. In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner and growth driver for a partner with presence across the globe, working across their regional teams to unlock joint business opportunities and deliver mutual success.
This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of sales, partner strategy, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a strategic global partner across their ANZ operations
- Build and deepen relationships at all levels of the partner organisation — from technical teams through to executive leadership
- Represent Salesforce's partner interests internally and advocate for the partner's needs across cross-functional teams
- Advocate for Salesforce's interests within the partner organisation, building brand awareness and strengthening the strategic partnership
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute joint business plans that align partner and Salesforce goals, driving co-sell pipeline and revenue growth
- Identify, qualify, and progress joint opportunities in collaboration with partner sales teams and Salesforce account executives
- Track and manage pipeline through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Enablement & Activation
- Drive partner enablement initiatives including training, certifications, and product knowledge to ensure partner teams are equipped to sell and deliver Salesforce solutions
- Coordinate with enablement, marketing, and product teams to deliver partner activation programs and campaigns
- Ensure partners are aware of and leveraging the latest Salesforce products, features, and programs
Programme & Performance Management
- Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and business plan commitments
- Participate in regular partner business reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings
- Manage partner tier compliance and ensure alignment to partner programme requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to orchestrate joint go-to-market activities
- Collaborate with global partner teams to align regional execution with the partner's broader global strategy
- Act as the liaison between the partner and internal Salesforce stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure a seamless experience
About You
Experience & Background
- Previous experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or a related field — ideally within enterprise software or SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing leading strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working with global partners or in a global company with regional accountability is highly regarded
- Salesforce product knowledge or experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong advantage
