The Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and customer satisfaction objectives. The role requires strong leadership, governance, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from project initiation through closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance models, and delivery reporting.
- Ensure requirements are documented, traceable, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the primary delivery contact.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities including project estimation, planning, and solution development.
