  • The CTO APAC ITAM Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery, execution, and governance of IT Asset Management services across the organization. This role ensures that ITAM processes, controls, and service commitments are consistently met, while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ITAM Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for service performance, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional coordination.

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day delivery of ITAM services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, EUC and NON-EUC assets), ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely execution of asset‑related activities such as procurement, deployment, recovery, disposal, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor service performance and proactively address operational risks, bottlenecks, and escalations.

Governance, Compliance & Controls

  • Enforce ITAM policies, standards, and controls across all asset classes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • Drive remediation of audit findings, CAS items, and process gaps.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Legal, HR, Finance, Security, and Procurement on asset governance matters.

Process Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Own and maintain ITAM processes, SOPs, OGs, and process notes, ensuring they remain current and effective.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure consistent adoption across all delivery teams.
  • Partner with Managed Services providers to ensure smooth execution of delegated ITAM activities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary ITAM point of contact for senior leadership, business units, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Facilitate regular service reviews, performance reporting, and alignment meetings.

Team Leadership

  • Provide direction and oversight to ITAM analysts, coordinators, and managed services teams.
  • Ensure clear role definitions, workload distribution, and performance expectations.
  • Support capability building through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of ITAM data in ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
  • Deliver regular dashboards, compliance reports, and executive summaries.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Service Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of ITAM frameworks (ITIL, SAM/HAM best practices).
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams and service providers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred

  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM or similar platforms.
  • Background in audit, compliance, or process governance.
  • Experience working in a managed services or shared services environment.
