Job Summary

We are looking for Analyst I in our Chakan ISS Frontline team, responsible for delivering Front-line workplace IT support, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, collaboration technologies, and local IT services. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer service, asset management, and operational excellence.

What you will do

Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 and Teams support
ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform
Incident, Request and Problem Management
Laptop, desktop, printer, and peripheral support
Active Directory / Entra ID user administration
IT Asset Management and lifecycle processes
Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Meeting room and Audio-Visual (AV) support
Technical documentation and knowledge management
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills

We believe you have

5-7 years of experience in IT On-Site Support, Desktop Support, End User Services, or IT Operations.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset focused on user experience and service excellence.
Willingness to support occasional after-hours activities during major IT deployments or critical incidents.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
