Tetra Pak is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to work directly at customer sites, ensuring the reliable operation of food processing and packaging lines. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, training operators, and collaborating with internal and external teams. The Service Engineer will be responsible for equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and strengthening customer trust. The position requires a proactive, customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, with travel up to 90% of the time. Tetra Pak does not offer visa or relocation support for this role. As a Service Engineer, you will be part of our Customer Service Operations team, working directly at customer sites to keep essential food processing and packaging lines running reliably. Your work contributes to ensuring uninterrupted food production — a vital link in global food systems that support hundreds of millions of consumers every day. You will operate as an individual contributor, partnering closely with customer teams and internal experts to secure equipment performance, minimize downtime, and strengthen long‑term customer trust.
