Gensler is seeking a Studio Coordinator for their Phoenix office to support designers and architects. This role acts as a central point of contact, organizer, and ambassador for the studio, ensuring smooth operations and fostering collaboration. The Studio Coordinator provides administrative support, manages calendars, handles travel arrangements, assists with project documentation, and supports studio culture. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally has experience in the AEC industry.
Your Role

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, to your respective studio, act as a liaison between directors, principals, and team members, and help keep projects and operations moving forward. You’ll be the go-to resource for your studio, fostering communication, building relationships, and ensuring that both internal teams and clients experience the highest level of service.
