Ontic is seeking its first dedicated Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data and AI foundation for its enterprise SaaS business. Reporting to the Sr. Director of AI & Analytics, this hands-on role involves architecting scalable analytics systems and AI-enabled workflows. You will design core data models, architecture, and reusable assets for various departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering), helping redefine the analytics function in the age of AI. This is a foundational position with significant ownership and growth potential. Key responsibilities include enterprise data modeling and architecture (dbt, Snowflake), designing data pipelines (Fivetran), building AI-enabled systems and workflow integration (Notion, Cursor, Glean), and developing cross-functional analytics infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 3-6+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, strong SQL skills, and experience with cloud data warehouses. Experience with specific tools is helpful but not required; strong fundamentals and learning ability are prioritized. The role emphasizes building embedded analytics, enabling faster decision-making, and treating architecture as a strategic asset.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of AI & Analytics within our centralized Operations organization, this is a highly hands-on role focused on architecting scalable analytics systems and AI-enabled workflows that power decision-making across the company.
You will design the core data models, architecture, and reusable assets that serve Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering — while helping redefine what an analytics function looks like in the age of AI.
This is a foundational hire with high ownership and long-term growth potential.
