The Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) is seeking a Communications Administrative Assistant to enhance its visibility. This role involves managing the C3G website, social media, and communication tools. The assistant will coordinate and produce communication materials for C3G and its initiatives, contributing to communication strategies, branding, and promotion of services. Responsibilities include content creation for websites, newsletters, social media, and designing promotional materials. Experience with website management (WordPress), social media platforms, and email marketing tools is required. Proficiency in French and English is essential.

Position Summary:
The Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) is a national research platform offering bioinformatics, software development, HPC and cloud services to the life sciences community. As part of our growing team, the Communications Administrative Assistant will help strengthen C3G’s visibility by managing its website, social media, and communication tools. Reporting to the Research Officer/Administrative Team Lead, this person will coordinate and produce communication materials for C3G and its major initiatives, including the Pan-Canadian Genome Library (PCGL) and Secure Data for Health (SD4H). They will contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies, ensure consistent branding, and support promotion of C3G’s services, achievements, and events.
