You will collaborate with leading acquirers, payment service providers (PSPs), merchants, fintechs, and internal Visa stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive strategic acceptance initiatives, and strengthen Visa's position as the preferred payments partner in the region. What we expect of you, day by day:

  • Partner with internal Visa teams to identify, develop, and execute opportunities that drive acceptance growth across the RCSB cluster.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with acquirers, payment service providers, merchants, and other ecosystem partners to support sustainable market expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key acquiring partners, helping strengthen engagement and grow Visa's acceptance footprint.

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling Visa products and Value-Added Services (VAS).
  • Analyze market opportunities and segment clients, industries, and merchant categories to focus efforts on the highest-growth potential areas.
  • Support the implementation and management of commercial agreements with acquirers and other market participants involved in acceptance initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on acquiring and acceptance solutions, providing guidance and insights to clients and partners.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to drive business development and deepen client engagement through Visa's acceptance and acquiring capabilities.
  • Support Visa preference initiatives and marketing activities, ensuring effective execution of key client programs and acceptance campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships that contribute to Visa's broader growth strategy and market leadership ambitions.
