BJAK is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to manage compensation and benefits programs. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining reward structures, conducting market benchmarking, and administering benefits. The specialist will ensure competitiveness, compliance, and scalability across growing markets, working closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and leadership. Responsibilities include supporting salary reviews, benefits administration, and rewards decision-making, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will own the execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of BJAK’s compensation and benefits programs.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on ensuring our reward structures are competitive, compliant, and scalable as the organisation grows across markets. You will work closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and leadership to support salary reviews, benefits administration, and rewards-related decision-making.
(Experience with regional or international compensation frameworks is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.)
