Scribe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, requires 5+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS startup. You will own recruitment strategies, source passive talent, partner with hiring managers, and assess candidates. Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, and recruiting for AI or developer-focused products is a plus. Hybrid work requires 3 days in the office.

Scribe is scaling fast, and we need a Senior Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across our Engineering, Product, and Design org. You'll own searches end to end, from sourcing strategy through close, and partner closely with hiring managers to make sure every hire raises the bar.
This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of their pipeline, brings a strong point of view on what great candidates look like, and wants to do the most meaningful work of their career at a $1.3B company with real momentum.
