About the Role
The Client Ticketing Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Brisbane. This role will work closely with clients from QLD's most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be the driving force ensuring each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments, including marketing, web, technology, and finance, to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.
Other key considerations for this position
-Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
-Attendance at events is mandatory for the CSM position
Salary
$72,500 base + super
