JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) is seeking a Senior Operator to coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role involves leading by example, motivating and developing team members, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Senior Operator will also identify and resolve process issues, collaborate with internal departments, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment.

About The Team

Employee is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations within the warehouse. You ensure efficient execution of processes such as receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. You lead by example, actively participating in operations while guiding, motivating, and developing your team to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment.
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload across the team.
• Provide on-the-job training and skill development for team members.
• Monitor workflow, quickly identify process issues or bottlenecks, and take timely corrective actions.
• Escalate risks and communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with overall business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with health and safety standards.
