Nscale is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own and manage their Workday platform, which underpins all People processes. This role is critical for scaling HRIS globally and involves designing configurations, security, and business processes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HRIS experience, a strong understanding of Workday, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements. You will also partner with engineers to integrate Workday with other systems and ensure platform stability.

The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for Workday at Nscale — the system underpinning every People process as we scale rapidly across Europe, North America, and APAC. You'll set the direction for how the platform is configured, secured, and used. This role reports to the Director, People Tech.
