We are seeking a Launch Management Engineer to orchestrate and oversee new product introductions. This role involves developing project timelines, coordinating all launch activities, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions. You will be responsible for driving Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, developing line concepts, and managing project investment plans to ensure alignment with approved budgets. The position also requires coordinating production line setup and release, managing PPAP builds, and meeting all launch targets. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, 3-5 years of experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry, and multilingual capabilities (English as a working language) are required. Experience with NPI or project management on at least two projects is essential.
