Samsung Electronics America is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Garden City, NY location. This full-time role involves driving sales, coaching the retail team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, analyzing performance, mentoring staff, and managing store operations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and a passion for consumer electronics.

The salary range for this role, for candidates based in NYC is expected to be between $85,000 and $92,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
