Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Sales Manager in Hamilton, New Zealand. This role involves managing and growing customer relationships within the Food & Beverage industry, driving service sales, and identifying new business opportunities. The manager will translate global strategies into local market plans, develop service sales strategies for assigned accounts, and lead opportunity management through cross-selling and up-selling. Responsibilities include negotiating deals, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and customer focus, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Sales Manager to join the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships while driving service sales within your assigned market area.
As the primary point of contact, you will partner with customers across the Food & Beverage industry to understand their operational needs, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that enable mutual growth. You will identify new business opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts and expand our Services portfolio presence.
The position is based in Hamilton, New Zealand.
You will be traveling up to 50% of your time to our customer sites.
