CrowdStrike is seeking a Cloud Operations Supervisor to lead a team managing the lead-to-cash sales cycle for their partner ecosystem. This role involves guiding the team, monitoring daily operations, ensuring targets and SLAs are met, and resolving escalations. The supervisor will focus on maintaining process quality, developing the team, and enhancing the partner experience through process improvements and automation. The role requires strong understanding of Salesforce, AWS Marketplace transactions, and data loading tools, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
