Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects at Hwa Sun (Jiangmen) Co Ltd. This role requires a deep understanding of industry best practices, exceptional project management capabilities, and a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Job Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Implement and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
* Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
* Prepare and present project reports, metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and QMS effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise in Industry Knowledge relevant to Hwa Sun (Jiangmen) Co Ltd's operations.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
* Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
