We are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic company. In this role, you will respond to customer service requests via phone and email, collaborate with other departments to streamline support, and track issues using Salesforce, Microsoft D365, and PLM. You will escalate unresolved issues, identify failure trends, and ensure documented processes are updated. This hybrid position is located in Hillsboro, Oregon, and requires 2+ years of computer hardware experience and a high school diploma or GED.
