SMRT Buses is seeking a Service Controller for its Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) in Singapore. This role involves monitoring and regulating bus services, handling incidents and accidents, and providing customer support. Responsibilities include managing fleet management systems, ensuring adherence to schedules, recovering lost mileage, recording shift events, and supporting ad-hoc operations like diversions and bridging bus services. The position requires a minimum Diploma and prior customer service experience is beneficial. Candidates must be willing to work in Jurong West and commit to shift hours. Bilingualism is advantageous.

Service Controller is an integral role in SMRT Buses. Working in the Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC), the Service Controller reports to Senior Executive, Operations Controller and Planning and together with the rest of the service controller and chief controller, he/she oversees BOCC operations to provide efficient bus services to passengers. This includes regulating the headway of the buses on the road, handling incidents and accidents cases, providing customer service to passenger by assisting in looking for lost and found as well as providing support for ad hoc and planned bridging bus services activation.
