The Senior Corporate Reliability Engineer - Docks leads reliability and maintenance engineering efforts for ASR Group's maritime dock operations. This role focuses on improving the performance of critical dockside equipment like cranes and conveyors. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and drive capital projects to enhance operational uptime and safety.

OVERVIEW
The Senior Corporate Reliability Engineer – Docks is responsible for leading both the reliability and maintenance engineering efforts, as well as driving improvements across ASR Group’s network of maritime dock operations. This role focuses on improving the reliability, safety, and performance of critical dockside equipment including cranes, large material handlers, conveyor systems, and bulk scales. The engineer will lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, conduct root cause analyses, and drive capital projects that enhance operational uptime and safety on the dock.

SALARY PAY RANGE: $93,000 – $172,500 plus bonus
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
